My stay at Hanoi House Hostel & Travel was fantastic overall. The location in the Old Quarter is perfect for exploring the city, with plenty of dining options nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast options were delicious. However, the shower head in our room could use some improvement as it sprayed water in all directions during use, but this was a minor hiccup in an otherwise great experience.

I had a fantastic experience at Hanoi House Hostel & Travel! The staff were super friendly and attentive, really going out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed during my stay. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the Old Quarter. However, I did experience some minor issues with the size of my room and the air conditioning not being as cool as I'd have liked. Overall, it was a great stay that I'd highly recommend!
