I found the beds very comfy and the room was quiet. The value for money was also good. I really appreciated the helpfulness of the young man who worked reception at night.

The shower head did spray water everywhere, but it didn't bother me much.

The hotel has a great central location. Many restaurants and attractions are very close. It is CONVENIENTLY located next to the lake.

Staff members were very friendly and helpful. They sorted out a taxi to the airport at 2am. The hotel staff was always KIND, helpful, and thoughtful. Linda especially looked after us a lot.
